Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return Conditions
For your return request to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
- All tags must remain attached and the product must be in its original packaging.
- Underwear, personalized items, or sale items cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return

- Provide the following information:
- Order number
- Product description
- Reason for return
Our team will respond within 48 business hours with detailed instructions.
Return Shipping
The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs at the time of order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same return procedure and specify the new item you would like in your email.
Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
